Test your resilience

Is your company resilient enough to face adversity?

Is your organisation flexible enough to grab new market opportunities?

Through a panel of 12 non exhaustive questions, you may evaluate your organisation resilience throughout its layers. If one answer is “NO”, we recommend you address this resilience gap before circumstances force you to.

  • Have the crisis management and response management teams been educated about their responsibilities and duties?

  • Have the Business Continuity Plan and the appropriate teams been tested to reveal any weakness that would require correction, especially if RTO are not met?

  • Have your business processes been prioritised in order to define which ones are the most critical and would need to be recovered first in case of a disruption?

  • Has the decision to return to normal operations after a disruption been documented and communicated?

  • Is the BCP reviewed every time a Risk Assessment is completed for the organization?

  • Have you identified the key skills that are compulsory to be able to perform your critical business activities?

  • Have you identified the impact on your business chain if your key suppliers were unable to provide you with essential services?

  • Is the backup of essential data in accordance with RPO and are copies of these data remotely held?

  • Do you monitor the vulnerabilities and are they integrated in your risks practices policy?

  • Will it take more than 2 hours to contact every member of the crisis Management Team if the crisis occurs at 5:00 PM on a Saturday?

  • Once a year, do you order an external firm to carry out penetration tests and do you work on their security recommendations?

  • Are your operational processes documented and compliant with the regulation?
