The Resilience Operations Centre (ROC) is a high-tech monitoring centre equipped with powerful hardware and software tools, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and managed by dedicated support engineers. It provides and guarantees our clients with:

The Resilience Operations Centre handles incidents and requests, and provides an interface with other activities such as Change, Problem, Configuration, Release, Service Level and Service Continuity Management as defined within the ITIL framework.
