ebrc created ebrc Pass for Business to offer dedicated services to Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and start-ups located in Luxembourg.

This solution consists in providing a complete package of services to cover the whole ICT needs of the clients including a managed PABX, connectivity services, an internet access, managed servers, web and mail hosting, a back-up solution and a desktop support.

ebrc Pass for Business gives:

    • A managed PABX providing every standard and advanced telephony feature needed by enterprises today and not requiring any telecom technician on the client’s site. The standard IP-PBX configuration includes IP phones and a management server
    • Connectivity services relying on the implementation of one telecom connection between the client’s site and the ebrc Datacenter
    • A secure internet access protected by a firewall managed by ebrc proficient specialists

ebrc Pass for Business includes:

  • A fault-tolerant dedicated managed server using advanced storage technologies to secure your data and keep them available under any circumstances
  • Managed back-up based on the ebrc EBRS services composed of a proven and reliable back-up and recovery solution

ebrc Pass for Business provides:

  • A web hosting space of 50 MB (html, PHP, and MySQL v 5.X database, daily back-up with a one day retention policy and SSL)
  • Mail hosting - Hosted Exchange: the HE-Advanced Hosted Exchange services based on the corporate Microsoft Exchange and Outlook messaging systems consisting of an anti-spam/anti-virus, a POP3 and IMAP access, an OWA (Outlook Web Access) allowing a mail access through a browser, a direct MS Outlook access, an address book, a calendar, a personal “to do” list, one Outlook 2003 licence and 500 MB space/mailbox

ebrc Pass for Business includes:

  • Desktop support services performed either remotely or on site
  • A Hot Line with a dedicated SPoC (Single Point of Contact) put at the client’s disposal
