ebrc offers dedicated and mutualised system recovery solutions to address different client risk analysis schemes. Our Business Continuity services enable quick reconstruction of the IT environment and the ongoing of critical activities in case of disruption.

System recovery solution by ebrc, available for clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offers multiple service options, based on dedicated or mutualised platforms. Our unique target is to guarantee the availability of your Recovery-Time Objectives (RTO).

The mutualised recovery platform, hosted at ebrc premises, will be deployed temporarily by our engineers to support clients’ specific configuration in case of activation (for test or invocation purposes). Our solution is available for the Windows-Linux and OS/ 400 operating systems.

The platforms are allocated in “Full Dedicated” mode (one single client at a time). For tests purposes, the platforms are allocated as jointly agreed upon by ebrc and the client. For Disaster Recovery purposes, the platforms are allocated based on the first invocation confirmed by a client having contracted the emergency platform services. Disaster invocation always takes precedence on tests, so tests may be interrupted in case of invocation.

We provide a complete range of continuity services, on an “on demand” model including:

  • Complete client configuration deployment, including OS, applications, operating parameters (users, privileges…) and Business Data restoration
  • Disaster Plan definition (Impact analysis, recovery architecture/procedures,…);
  • Integration of ICT environment
  • Change management in the recovery platform, the LAN configuration or the procedures
  • Coaching Support during the activation periods
  • Additional tests
