ISO 27001 is an international “Information Security Management” standard which comprehensively defines the requirements for establishing, implementing and documenting an effective information Security Management System. This certification, encompassing both the physical and logical aspects of security, requires the implementation of adequate controls addressing confidentiality, integrity and availability of information (clients, employees and partners).
ISO 20000 is an international "Information Technology - Service Management" standard which comprehensively defines the requirements for a service provider to deliver managed services meeting the clients’ requirements with a high level of satisfaction. This certification therefore requires the definition of a service management quality system and the implementation of 13 processes (based on ITIL best practices) structured around a continual service improvement framework.
Yves Reding, ebrc CEO: “These certifications give the confidence to our clients that their IT, outsourced by ebrc, is managed appropriately, according to international and high quality standards."
