The first Datacenter in Luxembourg to be Tier IV design certified is ebrc's

For 10 years, ebrc has kept investing in top-level infrastructures, skills and processes to address world-class security issues.

By recently investing in the rigorous certification process of the Uptime Institute in the U.S.A., we aimed at having our "Resilience Centre Luxembourg West" Tier IV design certified and proved what we promised without getting “self-awarding”.

Today, we are proud to announce that our "Resilience Centre Luxembourg West", built in 2006 and offering state-of-the-art services, is now Tier IV design certified; thus offering Luxembourg its first Tier IV Certification and one of the five certified datacenter in Europe.

As the highest level of Datacenter classification awarded by the Uptime Institute, this certification means a fail-safe design infrastructure that guarantees an availability rate of 99.995%.

The "Resilience Centre Luxembourg South", our fourth up and running Datacenter, inaugurated in June 2010, will go through the same certification process in order to be Tier IV design certified as well.
